Ronald has been an estimator and project manager for jobs ranging in value from $34,000 to $22,000,000, completing over 41 projects. As a principal , Ron is responsible for cost control, subcontract management, scheduling, material submittals, procurement, contract negotiations, and owner liaison.
G. Mark Ebert, Vice-President of Allstate Construction, has over 30 years of experience as an owner, estimator, and project manager.
Mark serves both as an estimator and project manager on projects ranging in value from $267,000 to $10,000,000 completing over 40 successful projects. As a principal, Mark is responsible for estimating, cost control, subcontract management, scheduling, material submittal, procurement, contract negotiations and owner liaison.

Allstate has 4 project managers with over 100 years of construction experience between them. They have overseen many successful projects and provide a wealth of experience to any project.
With over 70 years of combined experience, each of our 5 superintendents possesses the skill and technical knowledge to successfully lead the most challenging projects.
Allstate Construction takes a safety first approach. Our Safety team visits every site and not only looks after Allstate Construction but oversees all the subcontractors and other companies on the jobsite. A safer site leads to a more successful project
Estimating and bidding is a collaborative effort at Allstate Construction. The project manager selected for your project will also be the lead on bid day. We believe in a full-circle project management approach, so your project manager will be with you from bid to a successful completion.
