Substantial Completion on SVWRF 4D

In 2011, Allstate Construction successfully completed substantial construction on the 4D water reclamation project. A more than $20 million project that took 2 years to complete and included renovation of 4 Bio-Reactors, a solids building upgrade, adding a utility water filter building , a bio-filter and electrical system upgrades.
